Auto-sync connections

Optionally connect vehicles to import odometer readings. Core lease records remain on your device; only connection data required by the selected provider is exchanged. Toyota, Tesla, and the new Audi, Škoda, and Volkswagen direct connections require an active premium subscription.

Smartcar

Third-party vehicle API

Connect supported brands through your own Smartcar developer credentials. The app talks to Smartcar directly; credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device.

Tesla

Tesla Fleet API (premium)

OAuth sign-in with Tesla. The app reads odometer and battery data — not location. OAuth tokens stay in your device Keychain. API calls are proxied through our EU backend broker, which does not store your Tesla password or persist your tokens.

Connect your myAudi account for supported European vehicles to sync odometer readings automatically. Sign-in is approved in your browser; the app never receives your Audi password. OAuth tokens remain in your device Keychain, and requests go directly to Audi services.

Volkswagen

EU Data Act / myVW (Europe & Canada, premium)

Europe uses browser approval for the Volkswagen EU Data Act portal; the app never receives your Volkswagen password. Canada uses its separate myVW login and S-PIN verification. Secrets and tokens remain in the device Keychain, and requests go directly to Volkswagen services. United States connections are temporarily unavailable.

Region note for Tesla: Tesla’s “North America” Fleet API endpoint also serves Asia-Pacific (for example Japan, Australia, and New Zealand). Choose the region that matches where your Tesla account is registered — see Tesla’s official region guide.

Connection reliability: Compatibility and refresh results depend on the provider, account, vehicle, region, internet access, authentication, consent, entitlement, API availability, provider changes, identity or attestation requirements, and rate limits. Vehicles may be offline or asleep, tokens may expire or be revoked, and readings may be delayed, stale, incomplete, or unavailable. A failed connection never removes the option to enter mileage manually. Always verify imported readings and contract or cost projections before relying on them.
